Accepted Payment Method

Covewater Cleaners uses Stripe as the connected payment gateway for processing payments. You can pay by debit or credit card for our services. Unfortunately, at the moment, we do not accept ACH (Bank Debit) Payments.

Card on File

In order to expedite your future transactions, Covewater Cleaners offers the option to keep your card on file. The information for your card is not stored within our system, but safely encrypted and stored within the secure infrastructure of our payment provider. This option will only be activated if you choose to utilize it.

Privacy and Security

Your privacy is extremely important to us. We collect personal and payment information solely to fulfill the obligations of our services. Be assured, we do not share your information with third parties without your explicit consent.

Billing and Charges

You will receive a bill for the services rendered by Covewater Cleaners at the time of booking or after the completion of your appointment, as agreed upon. Invoices and receipts will be sent to the email address provided for your record-keeping convenience.

Refunds and Cancellations

Cancellations and refunds are, of course, subject to our standard terms and will be processed accordingly. Any refunds issued will be done in accordance with our existing policies. Any cancellations less than 24 hours before scheduled time of service are subject to a convenience fee.

Dispute Resolution

We encourage you to contact us at (843) 253-7075 if any issues arise within a transaction. We strive to resolve disputes internally. However, unresolved issues may be submitted to arbitration as described in our standard dispute resolution procedures.
